SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Starting February 2025, U.S. orders will be shipped from two locations to ensure better stock availability and faster processing. Because of this, delivery times will be 7-14 business days, and some orders may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
For Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and the UK, orders typically arrive in 7-16 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

  • U.S. Shipping: $5.99 (Free on orders over $40)

  • International Shipping (Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, UK): $6.99 (USD) (Free on orders over $40)

Will I be able to track my order?
Yes! Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey on the USPS or international carrier website. If you haven’t received your tracking details, please contact us at zhuo_service@outlook.com.

What about international orders?
We ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and the UK using trusted international carriers with tracking. Delivery typically takes 7-16 business days.

Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Canada: Orders over CAD $20 may be subject to GST/HST and duties.

  • UK & EU: VAT applies to most orders, and customs duties may be charged depending on order value.
